"the Gord Shop" is now in Canadian currency!

Great news! "the Gord Shop" is now totally in Canadian funds. No longer have to worry about exchange rates, duty, or shipping delays at the border.

Even better news is that until the end of the summer t-shirts are only $15 CDN!! Buy two because the first one will more than likely get stolen.

(subject sung to the tune of Thin Lizzy's "The Boys are Back in Town")

Sorry I couldn't find a more Canadian song for the above. Maybe you can do better?

Just wanted to fill everyone in on the plans for Gordie.ca. This venture is much more scaled back from our past version of the site. It consists of a livejournal imbedded into the front page. It is here that we will post Canadian related stories and tidbits. You can comment on them by using your livejournal.com username. We hope to keep it all as good clean fun.

In regard to Gordie cartoon strips - right now I won't be posting any new ones. If you would like to see new cartoons please go to www.ehmagazine.com and subscribe to the new home of Gordie. In the future I may post ones that already appeared in the magazine or maybe a compilation book might be in Gordie's future.

So come back often and let me know if you have any suggestions.

Kevin
